Setting up twilio sms confirmation

Hello,

Thanks to your help I have succeeded to set up the sms confirmation widget through jotform and twillio. My question now is: Is it possible to change the function of the widget? It now works as a confirmation/code security, but I need it just to send a notification message of a filled in form. Could you help me further?
