Please tell me what level we had before.

    We've been downgraded and urgently need to get back to where we were.  I have no idea what level we had.  When I look in the settings it's say FREE.  We've beenusing Jotform for years but I don't know what level.  I don't pay for it.

    Please help!  This is urgent.

    I have checked your account and I can see that you were on JotForm Professional Yearly Plan. The amount gets deducted automatically from the card that you have linked with your account.
