Can someone take a look at this when it comes to our service receipt form we are finding the section for parts is being moved around out of sequence? Also, do we have the option to go back to the previous format and not use Pdf editor?

    Thanks

I am not exactly sure if I understood your issue correctly. Is order of the form fields incorrect inside of your PDF report?

If so, you can rearrange the form field inside of the PDF Editor or create a new PDF Document.

If you want to use our old PDF Designer you need to set Use New PDF Editor to NO on the Form Settings page.

If you decide to switch back to the old version, please tell us why you did it. This will help us to improve our new PDF Editor.

It is putting this section of parts like qty description ad PN out of order and we have so many things going on that this just adds to our work load. Unless your platform sends a document that is in line with the original layout we will go back to original setting.
    Thanks

When a new PDF Document is created with the new PDF Editor the order of the form fields should be the same as on your online form. However, if you want to position multiple fields in the same row, you will need to customize your PDF report and re-position the form fields.

You can also add a Print button to your form and then print it with the user's data.

Understood, so our old format doesn’t transfer and we would have to make a new PDF from Scratch?
Will ck the print button option because turning the new PDF editor did not work.
    Thanks

    Hello efrain220,

I apologize for the inconvenience you are having with the PDF editor.

I cloned your form https://www.jotform.com/build/90976796542980 and did a test to create a PDF Document.

    Please see below:

It would be more like to customize the PDF document than to create a new PDF document.

    Please view the guide below:

    Hope this was helpful.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or would like any more help!

Thank you very much and have a great day!
