Account Email Will Not Change

    I am trying to change the email address on my account. Each time I do, the popup message says "changed successfully". However, when the page refreshes, it shows the old email address.

    I have checked your account and I can see that the email address linked to this account is f**@g*ap*****

    IS this the one that you want to change? Are you changing the same from your profile settings and still it remains the same?

    You can change your JotForm account email in your My Accounts Profile page

    Let me know if you are having the same issue.
