I just created my account and I cannot upload any documents. It keeps giving me a time out type of message.

Hi Jessica (ANA2013),
I would suggest trying to upload in a different browser. Sometimes browsers become buggy and cannot do simple task that it should be doing. As an example, if you are using IE (Internet Explorer), try Chrome or Firefox. Or vice versa depending on which one you are using right now.

Are you referring to the Upload Field into your form or when adding images to your form? I just tested your form and it works fine on my end.
I have cleared your forms cache, this should fixed the issue in many cases. Please try to check again.
