Hi there,
for the past week or so i have not been able to even access the PDF editor for my forms. It asks if i would like to proceed with the PDF changes from the updated for but the page is completely unresponsive and does nothing. I need access to the PDF's but i am unable to.
How can i resolve this?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
I have tested your account and viewed your PDF editor but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end. The PDF editor page seems to be working at my end.
May we know what web browser are you using to edit your PDF?
Can you please share to us your console report?

I have resolved the issue by reinstalling chrome - nothing else was working
the entire jotform links were not responding once i tried to open 'client pdf' report.
was unable to gather console information via any methods
deleted all browser history didn't do anything.
Reinstalling Chrome see to have fixed my issues for now.
