Form sticking on website

Hi,

I have been using your form builder for a couple of months now, but it seems to be sticking on my website. Customers are finding this quite irritating and they have to refresh the page after they have spent time putting information into the form and re-do it due to the form freezing/sticking. This happens on mobile and desktop. Can this be fixed?
