    Hello Doc!

It is certainly possible to have you and your patients receive the initials and the signatures in the notification and autoresponder emails. To display these files in the emails, please:

    1. Go to you account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    2. Uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files check box in the Privacy section.

Now you and your respondents will be able to view their initials and signatures in the emails!

In addition, you can also attach a PDF of the completed response, together with initials and signatures, to the emails received after each submission. To do so, please:

    1. Go to form Settings>Emails

    2. Click on the pen icon to edit notification

    3. Go to Advanced tab

    4. Set PDF Attachment selector to YES

    5. Click Save
