Why is my account still says to upgrade to get the HIPAA compliance though I am at Silver plan?

Hello, we opened a silver, Hippa compliant account and have developed all our forms.  As we start collecting data after our launch this week, I have been in the admin panel to see how it works.

Two things popped out under the "data" settings.

    1. It tells me to upgrade to get the Hippa compliance.  But I am already at the silver level.  Please advise.

    2. There is a check box to "create encrypted forms".  It is unchecked.  Does that mean all the forms I have already created are not secure?  Why would they not be encrypted if I have paid for the Hippa compliance level.  How do I make the forms I have created, encrypted after the fact?

    Thank you

Please note that HIPAA compliance is available for both Silver and Gold plans. However, not every Silver/Gold plan users require HIPAA compliance. So, it needs to be upgraded manually from the Data section. Please refer the guide below that can help you with upgrading your account to HIPAA compliance.

Once the HIPAA compliance is enabled with the account, all the forms shall be encrypted automatically.

    Thanks!
