How do I access the form I am working from the template gallery?

I am working on a form that is from a template which has been altered. I left and have come back. I see it's listed in my favorites. How do I access

If you clicked Use Template button, you should see the form in your My Forms list. Please visit the page (https://www.jotform.com/myforms) and go to your Favorites section to edit. If not, you will have to get it back.
