Have you tried deleting your old cookies and temp files? That could be causing your problem if the cookie/temp files are bad or are not working correctly.

I can see that you were trying JotForm on your Contact Us form.
It's always great to have your browser updated to the latest version if above procedure is still not allowing you to preview your forms. Also, trying it on another browser may give clues if the problem is something local.
Please let us know if it's still not showing as you expect them.
