Set up a jotform having issues downloading attached files

    Hi there,


    I helped a co-worker set up a jot form. We have a file upload button. The files do not exceed the MB limit. However, when receiving the request email no one can download/save/view the attached images (JPEG, PDF, PNG). When clicking on the file name we are directed to jotform 404 error page.


    Is there something we need to turn on or off to allow for viewing? The person who made the account can view the files, but no one else can.

    Hello Leah,

    It is likely that account is set up to protect files. Please check if login is required to view files on settings page: 

     https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    When setting is lifted, you should be able to review files in any browser being not logged in to account.
