recurring issue with survey form

    I was having some trouble recently with my survey showing on my site. Your support team determined it was related to a recent security upgrade at Jot Form and seemed to have resolved the issue.

    Unfortunately, the issue is back after we did a promotion drwaing traffic to the site to participate in the survey only for visitors to discover no survey existing. Very embarrasing and a poor reflection of our design firm in the eyes of our client.

    What gives? Is there an issue with the surveys forms?

    I do apologize that this has created an inconvenience for you. I went ahead and took a look at the link you provided to your website and I do see a survey form which appears to be working properly. I checked this in Chrome, FireFox, and Internet Explorer.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I also checked the form in Safari, Chrome and Firefox and it yielded a solid black field with a vertical scroll bar.

    In one instance, after waiting several minutes for form to load, an error message appeared stating the jotform server was not responding.

    It may have been isolated to conection problems on my end as I experienced issues throughout the day yesterday.

    Today, the form is functioning properly.
