    I have two email fields on this form, both have autoresponder set up the same except the "send on edit" is off on one and it works as needed. The one named "edit PDF mail" does not send at all and I can't find why.

    I wouldn't need it at all if we had a way to add a print button for the PDF editor document designed for this form.

    The tech in the field gets and email and a attached file when he submits the ticket, but not on edit submit because most of the time he never needs to see it again, but the ticket will edit when closed by the office folks. Then there is that one time when its needed by tech, so we added the second email but I can't make it work.

    That's due to the following email condition in your form that sends to a different field. The PDF Copy email field variable {pdfCopy}

    In addition, having this condition is actually redundant. There's no need to create such condition since filling the PDF Copy Email field on edit mode will automatically send the autoresponder to its recipient.
