I've incorporated the File Upload Element on my form. The "Browse File" button allows attaching files prior to the submission easily. The receiver of the submitted form cannot open the file upon receipt however. An error message pops up with error 404...page could not be found.
Tried several different document types and times with no luck. Am I missing something?

Require log-in to view uploaded files is checked in your account settings. This is the reason why they can't see the files.
To allow them to view/download the files, you need to uncheck this option.
