Is there a way to create a PDF response form that is exactly what the email response receives?

I have forms with conditions.

When creating an email response form, I want the correct response to the condition to show on the form. (I don't want everything on the original form to be shown on the email because that is very confusing. For example, if a student passes a quiz, the condition goes to Congratulations. If the student does not pass the quiz, the condition goes to I'm sorry, please review and retake.)

AND I want a PDF of that email response that can be downloaded to show exactly the same as the email. (ie, the email and the PDF should follow this condition: if a student passes a quiz, the condition goes to Congratulations. If the student does not pass the quiz, the condition goes to I'm sorry, please review and retake. The email should not show all of the text, including Congratulations and I'm sorry message)

Can you please suggest ways to do this?

(PS. I am creating a fresh thread as I've asked this a different way before. Perhaps there are some other suggestions for doing this. Thank you.)

Yes you can do this as well.

I assumed your form conditional emails were based from the user guide: How to Send Email Based on User's Answer

Steps:

1. Create multiple different versions of the PDF attachment using the PDF editor.

2. Because you are using conditional emails, create multiple different Emails as well. 

3. Open the Email template(Notification or Autoresponder), and go to Advanced tab and look for PDF Attachment option.

 4. In PDF Attachment, you can select which PDF report (created in step#1) from the dropdown list which one you need to attached to the specific Email template.

5. Just repeat the process to all the Email templates -- attached the PDF report needed.

When done correctly, your form condition emails will be triggered and in each email template sent, the appropriate PDF response/report will be attached as well.

It seems you should be able to streamline this process

and should create email and PDF files that follow the conditions, instead of this convoluted system that requires numerous steps. 

What good are the conditions if the emails are not going to be based on the conditions and you have to create multiple emails and multiple pdf files for each condition?

Does anybody else have this problem? any other suggestions when using conditions?

That's the current way of sending emails and PDF attachment based on condition. There's no other way around it. 

You'll have to:

1). Create a notification for Passed and Failed

2). Create a condition to trigger Passed if condition is met and Failed notification will be sent if condition is not met.

Once you set a condition, that notification will be tied to a condition and will show a conditional icon.

Please note that this notification will not be triggered unless the condition is met. If you need to have a mandatory email sent to you, you'll need another set of notification.

3). Create two different PDF versions and assign that to each notification. Passed PDF will be assigned to Passed notification and same goes with Failed notification.

The steps provided by my colleague is what you need to do to achieve this workflow.
