How to read form input after disabling encryption

I had an encryption enabled on my forms, but I noticed that it wasn't possible to export to excel and I could only read them in jotform. Therefore I disabled the encryption for the future submissions but now I can't read the earlier forms in jotform anymore. What can I do?

This is not possible to view decrypted submissions when the form encryption is disabled.

You may consider temporarily enabling the form encryption to view the existing data.
