How to use AutoResponder emails in HIPAA accounts?

I am adding an auto responder email because I want my submitters to be able to edit a form after submission.

Because we have the HIPAA form the link to edit is hidden. Is there a way that the edit form link can show and won't be hidden in the email?

You will need to disable field protection if you want it to show in edit mode.

Our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/504-How-to-use-Notification-and-AutoResponder-emails-in-HIPAA-accounts should further explain the process.

But how do I disable the HIPAA fields in the auto respond email? The edit link below needs to not be hidden when the user receives the email. Right now all the text is hidden. And the edit link isn’t in the main jot form so I can’t disable it there.

I'm afraid that we didn't receive your screenshots, you can attach them by following: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

What my colleague said is that if you disable the protection:

The Autoresponder will go with visible data:

Above image where I highlighted is where I put the {edit_link}. How do I unhide? If I disable the protection in the form it isn't solving the problem.

Thank you for the additional information.

I'm afraid that edit link cannot work in HIPAA forms since it would break HIPAA compliance, therefore it is not available as option in Autoresponder email.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!
