I'm not able to locate your previous refund request thread. Would you mind sharing to us the link?
Please note that you will need to cancel auto renewal in your PayPal account to avoid recurring charges. Kindly follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription and once canceled, please contact us again so we can file for a refund.

Ok I cancelled it on PAYPAL> Please also refund me for the past months that I havent used the service
