How to view all the submissions for both PayPal and check options on my form?

hello-

on our form https://form.jotform.com/90297732069162 we offer a PayPal payment option as well as a choice to select “payment through cash:check”. I noticed in my data download that not all of the registrants who select “payment via cash/check” are showing up. It is all the people who selected “PayPal” as their form of payment whose data I see  

I am am wondering why and how I can see all my registrants information in excel, regardless of payment type.

As we check your form, the PayPal payment field is used to display both the options. So, the payment field shall be displayed automatically in the submissions irrespective of the payment selection.
