why my account is suspended

    hello jotform, why is my account is suspended, i cannot login anymore to my account and it says SUSPENDED, any reason for this,

    my email account is aldybino@gmail.com

    Multiple of your forms were found on your account and flagged as copyright logo scam.


    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately

    In order to reactivate your account, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our system.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #1786803 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Or, we can just remove the logos and lift the suspension on your account.

    no, you wrong, its my company logo, bantex, how can i prove that it is
    totaly my company logo, i was being on a campaign to collect the data from
    our costumer
