Noticed our jot form was not visible on our Prosite website this afternoon. www.winshipphillips.com

Asked by Becky Phillips on February 12, 2013 at 06:47 PM

So I came to JotForm and tried to reload our form - Prosite requests iframe embed codes - I noticed after several attempts that the embed code begins with <iframe> and ends with </script> which leads to a popup window "fail notice" on Prosite.

    What's going on?

    Thank you for your help!

    Becky

    Hi Becky Phillips,

I see your form fine on Chrome, so you might want to delete your cookies or temp files. If that doesn't work, I would suggest that you try it in another browser.

As for it ending with script bracket is because it uses Java script. It is started after the iframe part of the code is closed. If you take a closer look at your code, you will see what I am referring to.

    Speel,

Loaded Chrome – still nothing. Would like to send a 2nd screen shot with the pop-up that came up after 2-3 minutes of trying to load. This is happening on Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

I noticed at least two other people within 20 minutes of me posting this question that was having the same experience on their website.

    Hi Becky Phillips,

As i was reviewing the iframe tags of your form, I think the said form doesn't pop up as you we're saying but instead there is something wrong with the height of the iframe that's why the submit and cancel button below doesn't show up.

    ok.

is this something that you will be able to fix for me to reload, or will your "fix" correct the problem on its own?

just instruct me when the problem has been fixed.

    thank you!

    Hi Becky,

This should now be fixed. Sorry about that.

Here's how it displays on my end now. http://screencast.com/t/KTUhF5DFn

Also, I've noticed that your iframe height is too small for your form. I'd suggest to increase your current iframe height from 447px to 557px to avoid the form to cut off on your page. You can find that on your form's iframe embed code.

Please clear your browser's cache and recheck your form afterwards.

Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
