I've used the servers mentioned in response to the same issue raised by another user in January with no luck. When will this problem be solved? It appears that additional resources need to be added. I remember getting an e-mail recently stating that you have reached the 1 million users mark. Does that have anything to do with this issue?
I am temporarily creating a standalone form until the issue is resolved. I have been a long time Jotform user and like your service very much and want to continiue using it.

Good day, with regards to your question "when will this problem be solved?" The technical/dev team is doing their best to fixed all the bugs and all the server synchronization issue that jotform is experiencing but as of yesterday, i think they already resolved the issue.
Now with regards to your question "Does reaching one million user have anything to do with the issue?" No, the said server synchronization issue that jotform experience is part of the unavoidable glitch of servers.

We are truly sorry for the inconveniece this may have caused. In addition to webmasterphi, this could be related to jotform.us base forms so I have forwarded this to our Level 2 Support for further investigations.
We'll let you know on this thread if we come up with updates from our developers. Everything will undergo thorough checking so your patience and understanding on this matter is highly appreciated.
