JotForm Inbox: Uploaded PDF documents cannot be previewed.

    One of our users has reported to us that their PDF attachments are not being previewed correctly. I was able to recreate this issue in the user's end but couldn't in my end.

    Hello Marvin,

    We investigated the problem and found that this is a bug in Chrome version 73. Any other browser works as expected. It is already fixed in canary release of Google Chrome (Version 75.0.3755.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)), so it should soon be fixed in normal release, too.

    Please inform the user.
