Repeating auto fill fields

Which fields? Based on my tests the fields on the second page are blank. 

Are you filling the form using the Unique Code (SpreadSheet to Form widget)? If so, please provide us the Unique Code that we can use. 

Yes, so please try to fill in Walters1, then just put test on the compulsory fields. When you say yes at the bottom to add another grant, you will see that it repeats the information from the first page. However, I would like it to be blank, so the person can add Walters2, Walters3, Walters4, and so on. The second section has the form repeated 23 times which is the maximum the user will update

This is happening because labels of your fields are the same on each page. You will have to update the labels and make them unique. For example, Project number 1 or Project number Walters1, Project number 2 or Project number Walters2...
