    I am having trouble updating a new form..

    I made a form a couple days ago and added it to my website.

     

    Today, I made changes to the form. I preveiew it and copied the source code and pasted it to my webpage.

     

    The problem is that I am not able to get it to update with the added info. It just keeps loading the original.

     

    Any thoughts?

    I have a similar problem but worse.  I was unable to view forms which I created yesterday and unable to create new form today.

    I am on Basic without payment.  Would upgrading to Premium resolve the problem?  But I need to be assured that upgrading works.

    Thank you for your opinion about our products. Due to platform updates , we have had some glitches in some accounts , but our developers are very aware of the problem

    Can you please try to log out, clear your browser cache, log back in and try to grab the code again?
