I am having trouble updating a new form..

Asked by Barcher000 on February 12, 2013 at 09:10 PM

I made a form a couple days ago and added it to my website.

Today, I made changes to the form. I preveiew it and copied the source code and pasted it to my webpage.

The problem is that I am not able to get it to update with the added info. It just keeps loading the original.

    Any thoughts?

BTW - I love you service.

I have a similar problem but worse.  I was unable to view forms which I created yesterday and unable to create new form today.

I am on Basic without payment.  Would upgrading to Premium resolve the problem?  But I need to be assured that upgrading works.

Thank you for your opinion about our products. Due to platform updates , we have had some glitches in some accounts , but our developers are very aware of the problem

Can you please try to log out, clear your browser cache, log back in and try to grab the code again?

Can you please tell if you are able to view this live version of your form?

If not, please open a separate thread if the issue persist
