For Stripe, how do I pull up a customer's full credit card number?

 It is only giving me the last four digits and I need to be able to have full number

There is no option to pull the whole credit card information since we do not allow collecting it: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

"Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."

If you were looking to collect the whole credit card information because you wanted to process the payments at a later time, you can enable the "Authorization" only feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
