Hi guys,
I am really stuck here! It would be fantastic if someone could help...
How do I create a form where by both I (as the recipient) and the person that submits the form (the user) both get a copy of the completed form?
Thanks in advance...
Dan

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding notification email alert which will send submission email to you. To send submission email to the user who submitted form, you need to add form auto-responder email alert in form.
The following guide should help you on how to add email alert in form:
Add notification email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
Add form auto-responder email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Hope this helps.

Are you trying to achieve this in form "The BetterMen Q & A Tool"? You seems you have only added notification email alert in form. I have gone ahead and added form auto-responder email alert in form.
Please go ahead and test your form by sending a test submissions, you should receive submission email on dan@better-men.uk and auto-responder email should be sent to the email field of form.
Hope this helps.
