    pricing plans and available space

Asked by robinowsley on February 12, 2013 at 10:38 PM

Hi there.  I'm currently on the Professional/$49.95 a month plan, and I think I could safely downgrade to your new Economy/$19.95 a month plan, as I've never even approached the capacity of the Professional plan . . . but I might need a bit more than the Economy plan.  (As I imagine is the case for many, probably why you introduced that plan in the first place.)

HOWEVER, I'm unsure of the Available Space designation in the plans.  I've been poking around in my account, and I'm not seeing anywhere where it tells me how much space I'm using NOW.  I haven't deleted previous submissions for a while, and I'd imagine I could easily get within 100 GB anyway, but I'd like to make sure. (edited, please see below)

How do we see how much space we're occupying currently?  I just want to make sure I don't do anything stupid here.  :)

Another question, while not an issue currently, what if some month in the future I do exceed 10,000 form submissions?  Would I be notified . . . or somehow allowed to upgrade after the fact of the greater than 10,000 submissions and get those submissions somehow?  Or would anything over the 10,000 allowed by the Economy plan be lost or deleted somehow?

    Thanks.

edited to add:  OK, I've now found that if you click on the little head at the top right, it says 3.34 GB used, but as "Upload space", not just Used space.  Is that the number in question that needs to stay under 10GB?  I could lower that number by deleting some of my currently still stored previous form submissions . . . right?

Looking at that same dropdown area, are there any limits on Secure SSL submissions for the plans?

You can see how much available space you have,

Just click on the Human Shape

On my image example, the Upload Space field is equivalent to used space, and it says how much space I have out of the total quantity, and yes, that is the number you need to take care to be under 10GB.

"I could lower that number by deleting some of my currently still stored previous form submissions . . . right?"

Yes, you can lower that number by deleting the files, but this does not apply to the monthly submissions number.

On regards to the SSL question, YES, is the same thing, as you notice on the image example, you will see at the bottom of it, the information you need in order to know when you are about to reach the limit.

    And Last but not least:

"Another question, while not an issue currently, what if some month in the future I do exceed 10,000 form submissions?  Would I be notified . . . or somehow allowed to upgrade after the fact of the greater than 10,000 submissions and get those submissions somehow?  Or would anything over the 10,000 allowed by the Economy plan be lost or deleted somehow?"

Yes, you will be notifed before you get to the quota limit, also if you ever reach the limit the form will only be disable for that month.
