Submitting Forms through IE

    Thank you for reaching out on this matter. Are you currently using the latest version of IE? Also, would you please submit screenshots of this issue to further look into this.

    This is what employees were seeing - the please wait...  and nothing ever happened. When they moved to Chrome, there were no issues. IE 11 is what employees use.

    Alright, I have gone ahead and cleared the cache on your form. Let's have your employees clear their IE cache as well. Once that is done try again and let me know if the error persists.
