I have followed the directions in PayPal, Jotform, and the Jotform message boards. My form says "client authentication failed" in the payment area.

Generally, this issue occurs when the credentials used are incorrect or incorrect payment mode is selected (live or sandbox)
Can you please check in your developers dashboard if you have set your payment mode to live?
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
