Cannot download form submission

    For some reason, I all of a sudden am unable to download form submissions from jotform, or from the email submission confirmation emails I'm receiving from jotform.

    Can you provide some support with this issue?

    Can you please tell us the URL of the form you were having issue with. I reviewed your account/username jlfarrell  but I did not find any form on your My Forms list.

    We will check further after we identified the form.

    There are 4 forms shared with me that I need access to. My agency partners
    transferred them to my account back in early February and I was able to
    access them fine until recently. It looks like I no longer have access to
    them? Here are the form URLs:
    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    The forms you mentioned indeed belongs to another account (username: BrownUniversitySPS)

    The account owner of the forms have not shared the form as of this checking.

    You may communicate with the account/username separately and discuss the sharing of the form/s.
