I am having trouble with my desk system (Zoho Desk) because any customers who write into my support email via my form are being associated to the same email address, noreply@jotform.com. I want to set it up so that the email shows as though it is coming from the individual, how do I perform this?

You can have the Customer's email only by configuring Mandrill's SMTP in the form. Unfortunately, Mandrill is no longer free and is already part of MailChimp's core apps.
