    Hello,

We interested in your bronze plan however I have a few questions:

    1.   Are we able to set up multiple users under one account and set permissions for different users? For instance, I want a particular user to only have access to view and send certain forms.

    2. If a customer fills out a form I assume when they click submit it is emailed to us automatically. How does it appear in the email to us and are we able to download the filled out form and save in our internal database?

    3. How many emails can be set to receive the forms once they are filled out and submitted back to us?

    4. Does the bronze plan include the security and PCI compliance?

    5. What are all the ways forms can be sent to customers to be filled out.

    Thanks

    Chris

1.) Unfortunately, only grandfathered and enterprise users only have this feature (sub-user) now so you will not be able to do this. However, we have an alternative way to share forms and submissions, please check the guides below.

2.) A copy of submissions will be emailed to you if you have a notification set up in your form

You can download the submissions as EXCEL, CSV and PDF. If you want your submissions directly go to your external database then you need to host the form to your own webpage using its full source code and apply the code there.

3.) You can setup notification/autoresponder as much as you can so there is no limit to how many email templates you can create. However, please note that you can only list up to 10 recipients per notification so if you have more than 10 recipients then you need to create another notification to list other batches.

4.) Yes, JotForm is PCI compliant.  JotForm is Now PCI DSS Service Provider Level I Compliant

Please check our security page as well - https://www.jotform.com/security/

5.) You can embed the form to your webpage or you can just send them the form URL using email.
