Empty Input Table Prints

I have many tables and when I set up the email notification the empty tables print even though the Hide Empty Fields is on?

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. Please note that if hide empty fields option is enabled, you should use the default data table in your email notification and autoresponder email for the "Hide Empty Fields" feature to work. You can still add some text and new rows but you should keep the labels and fields tags of the questions intact.

Please try to create a new notification and try submitting your form to see if the issue is fixed. On my end, my 3rd notification creation attempt fixed the issue.
