Not receiving submitted forms.

    Hi, I had clients submit forms today and I have not received them. I filled out my form for a test run and did not receive that one either. Is something hint wrong with my account?

    Are you referring to this form http://www.jotform.us/form/71986534521159? That's the only form that has a submissions. Your other form doesn't have any.

    I checked your submission history on that form and found that the last submission was January 24, 2019. There's no April 2019 submissions yet.

    If you are referring to a different form, would you mind sharing the form URL to us so we can check.

    Hi Jed,
    That is the form I was talking about. I even submitted it today and did not receive it. I copied a link I had from an older email to send to clients. It has worked that way in the past. Could that have caused the problem?

    Please share the link you copied from an old email so we can verify if the form URL is the same.

    You might be using / sharing a different URL that is why it is not registering in the URL I've shared in my previous message.

    Hi Jed,
    Somehow I used an old link that was from a form I used to make mine. It was from the owner of my company. She may have gotten my submissions. I resent the link you sent and tested it and have already received one submission from a client.
