Unable to submit form more than one submission.

for some reason this form isn't allowing people to submit more than one entry and I cannot figure out how to adjust it so people can fill out multiple entries

I'm able to submit the form twice. I believe you have sorted out the issue?

In case you haven't yet, that error normally appears if you have enable the "Unique Submission" option.

I cloned your form and I don't see that option enabled. If you need further helps, just let us know.
