How to create a successful form?

    I want to use a jot form in my adobe Muse website. 2 questions. Does the submit button go to any email address? and when the emails come in is there a way to consolidate the information on a spread sheet?

    Does the submit button go to any email address?

    The Submit button only button submits the form. Sending an email to the email address is the job of notification and autoresponder. If you like to send the notification to another email address, please follow the guide below.
