The 'AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:nameOnAccount' error code when submitting eCheck ACH payment

    Hello there is an error code each time i try to submit a payment using the form

    The code that comes up is below can you please help. I have called authorize.net they were unable to help. I even completed one of your test forms and it went through.

    eCheck.Net Error
    The 'AnetApi/xml/v1/schema/AnetApiSchema.xsd:nameOnAccount' element is invalid - The value XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The actual length is greater than the MaxLength value.

    I have tried checking for the error message on the internet and it looks like the issue seems to be occurring due to the API key. Could you check if the payment field on the form is entered with the correct Login ID and transaction key? Please check once again and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

    You may open the form in build/edit mode and click on the payment field wizard to check the Authorize.net credentials.
