How to view form submissions?

    where does the collected info from the form go? I have completed and tested the form.....but i am not receiving the info collected on the form.......

    You may view your submissions in your submission page.

    Go to your My Form page, select your Form and click on the Submissions button.

    If you want to receive an email notification with the data, you may setup your form to send notification emails.
