not receiving notification emails

    Hi there, I still am not receiving all my forms that are submitted. Please help. Thank you.

    May we know if you have white listed our IP addresses and domains?

    I have checked the mail logs and see that notification emails are sent.

    Can you please share to us a submission in which your did not receive any notification email?
