I have a form all set up and at the end, the user pays through PayPal. The payment is completed in PayPal and I receive it. But the form is sent into the incomplete folder. So I am not seeing when people order or anything. Why is this happening?!

Most likely IPN is disabled on your PayPal account. Please enable it to see if that will resolve your issue.
