Still no emails??

    Still no luck with our 'Absence' form on our school website. I have followed all your instructions. We really need our parents to be able to use this option to reports their child's adsences. Any other suggestions??

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please try to do the following?

    1. Clone the form and use the clone form instead.

    2. Embed the form using IFRAME

    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies

    I would also suggest Whitelisting Jotmails IP Address.


    If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions.
