Setting my booking form into my website

Hi there, I have read the answer to this under your FAQ, and I tried it, but it’s not working for me. What am I doing wrong? Do I need a code or something? I put the link to my form on my website, but it’s not possible to click on it. I’m missing something. I hope you can help. Thank you.

Hello Victoria,So I do like this in order to publish the form and copy the link, and then I put the link on the contact page of my website, but nothing happens when people clicks on it. I’m sure I’m missing something, I just don’t know what. Thank you. Chiara---- On Wed, 10 Apr 2019 12:26:12 +0200 noreply@jotform.com wrote ----

Could you please share the URL of your site where the form link is displayed? Please note that you could also embed the form in your website, example: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

It seems that link is added like text, so it is not clickable. I can suggest to try one of embed codes, for example lightbox:

    How-to-Create-a-Lightbox-Form

    Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

If you would like to add a link only, please try adding this code, it should display a clickable link:

    <a target="_blank" href="https://form.jotformeu.com/90991550751361">https://form.jotformeu.com/90991550751361</a>

Ok, I did what you said to create a lightbox, so I’m here now (see the screenshot), but what do I do now with that code, where do I put it?---- On Wed, 10 Apr 2019 18:58:57 +0200 JotForm wrote ----

Unfortunately, we have have not received the screenshot you sent. Please post any screenshot following this guide: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

In general, after you copied the code, you can paste it anywhere on your web site. What is platform is your web site built on?

You need to copy the Lightbox embed code and embed it to your webpage.

Thank you. But if I knew how to do that, I would have done it already. Never mind, I will just forget about Jotform and keep using my own system as I’ve done so far. ---- On Fri, 12 Apr 2019 11:12:27 +0200 JotForm wrote ----

You can contact Format.com support in order to ask how to embed codes in their site: https://help.format.com/custom-pages/adding-html-embeds

You could try embedding the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
