compte inaccessible

bonjour alors que j'étais en train de modifier un formulaire tout c'est coupé et depuis je ne peux plus accéder à mon compte : j'étais signée avec mon authentification google franoise.soucarros@gmail.com et maintenant lorsque je veux me reconnecter avec mon compte Google c'est refusé.

que puis-je faire pour me signer à nouveau et retrouver mes formulaires ?
