Change the submission date format in PDF document.

I set the sending of the form as a pdf to the administrator's email.

some information of the form (the date) is set according to a foreign style, can it be rendered in Italian? more info in the attachment

If you wish to change the language of the date, click on the gear icon and select the desired language from the Language dropdown. You can also select one of the formats from the Format dropdown.
