You suspended me

    Hello i cant seem to log into my account and its stated ive been suspended/banned

    It mentioned phishing?

    I dont even know what phishing is sorry? So no idea why ive lost access to my account for something i have no idea about

    What i do know though is i earlier this year brought 12 months membership on your website im paying to use the service of your website and legally if im paying for a service im supposed to recieve that service so if im not getting to use my account ill legally require a refund so you are not stealing my money by not providing the service ive paid for

    I use my forms to ask questions and get helpfull and usefull information to have on record for legal purposes such as age identification which is needed to ensure no 1 under age is involved... without my forms and information i have no legal record in which case jotform has removed my legal protection and information which i need access to and to keep on hand

    If theres an issue with something in my forms please feel free to enquire and inform me of this as im not wishing to break any rules and didnt do so intentionally

    If needed i would be more than happy to work something out to sort any possible issues and gain access to my account again

    The same issue happened with my company's account today. We sent in the same complaint. Can someone please respond to our request?
