Contact numebr field not appearing in the email.

When my customers submit the return email does not have their contact number on it even though in settings the contact number field is present .  Can you please help?

I see that the Contact Number field is not displaying on the form every time because of the condition set on the field.

Based on that condition, the Contact Number field will only display when the field Name to be printed on the Hoodie is empty.  If you wish to display the Contact Number field every time, you can disable that condition. It will resolve the issue.
