Field Manager Not Working

    I have cleared my local cache and cleared the forms cache.  When I invoke the Field Manager app, I am still getting the message SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN FETCHING FORMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. 

    any ideas?

    It is likely that you need to clear browser cookies if you have used field manager with different account earlier. Alternatively, you can try the application within private window or incognito mode of the browser. 

    Let us know if you problem will persist.
