I have a form that shows that data was submitted. When I go to look at the submissions they will show up for about a second then disappear. I don't believe I have gone over my limits???

You are within your account limits. I think that is a faulty website session. Please clear your browser cookies for Jotform and log in again. This step should fix the problem.
